1. Acceptance

By using songfromyou.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. How songs are made

Songs generated by Song From You are created using automated production technology based on the personal details you provide. By using this service, you acknowledge that songs are produced through automated processes and are not composed by individual human musicians on demand.

3. What you get

Upon successful payment, you receive:

• A full-length personalised song based on the details you provided.
• Custom cover art.
• A private shareable gift page link.
• An MP3 download of the song.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

Refund policy: If you are not satisfied with your song, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Refunds are not available after the full song has been downloaded.

5. Subscription terms

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused days.

6. Your content and licence

By submitting personal details (names, stories, memories) to generate a song, you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely for song generation. You retain ownership of the details you provide.

The generated songs and cover art are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share gift pages and download the MP3 for personal use. Commercial licensing is not included in standard plans.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use Song From You to generate content that is:

• Hateful, discriminatory, or harassing toward any individual or group.
• Defamatory or false about a real person.
• Sexually explicit without the informed consent of all individuals mentioned.
• In violation of any applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse generation and revoke access for violations of these terms without refund.

8. Service availability

We aim to deliver songs within 10 minutes of order. Generation times may vary due to demand. In the rare event of a failed generation, we will regenerate the song at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

9. Limitation of liability

Song From You is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of our registered business. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
